What does RentWaale do?
RentWaale manages the daily rental cycle: challans, full or partial returns, stock availability, rental billing, deposits, receipts, customer ledgers and reports.
Which businesses can use it?
It is designed for Indian businesses that rent reusable goods such as centering and shuttering material, scaffolding, tools, machinery, event material, furniture, crates and similar equipment.
Is RentWaale free until 31 October 2026?
Yes. Web-app access is free through 31 October 2026. You do not need to provide a card or make an upfront payment during this launch period.
What happens to launch-period accounts after 31 October 2026?
Launch-period accounts will need a monthly or yearly paid option from 1 November 2026 to continue using the application. They do not receive an additional trial because they already received the extended launch period.
How does the 14-day trial work?
Accounts created from 1 November 2026 receive 14 days of trial access from signup. No card is required and there is no automatic charge. Access pauses after the trial unless a paid option is activated.
What is included in the monthly and yearly options?
Both billing options cover the same current RentWaale web workflows. Monthly and yearly describe how often you pay, not different feature tiers. Any future usage limits will be communicated before paid access begins.
Will my data be deleted when free access or a trial ends?
Expiry pauses application access; it does not automatically delete your business records. Contact support to activate a plan and resume access.
Can I export reports and business records?
Authorized users can export applicable reports as PDF or CSV. Company owners can also use the available company-data export where permitted.
Is a mobile app available?
The web app is available now. Mobile access is being provided selectively on request during the current rollout.
How do I activate a paid option?
Paid activation is currently support-assisted. RentWaale will not charge you automatically; payment and the applicable billing period are confirmed with you before activation.
