By accessing or using RentWaale, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Use the service only for lawful business purposes.

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt other users.

You retain ownership of the data you enter into RentWaale.

You grant us permission to process that data to deliver the service.

RentWaale is in beta and may change, be updated, or be discontinued.

We may add or remove features and adjust availability during the beta period.

If paid plans are introduced, pricing and billing terms will be communicated in advance.

Beta access may be offered at no cost for a limited time.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Maintenance, updates, or external factors may cause downtime.

You may stop using the service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the previous 12 months.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, India.
